Graduation Photos at Suffolk Law School w/ Bhumika

One of the great honors of my profession is helping my friends commemorate their accomplishments 💙

Bhumika and I met a little over a year ago in somewhat formal circumstances. We exchanged advice and thoughts on concert photography and the media industry in general, but we quickly became closer friends outside of photography (even sharing a spontaneous Twenty One Pilots experience)!

I admire how hard Bhumika works to improve her craft — whether it’s trying a new photo technique at a live show or dedicating herself to her law school studies. And even with a lot on her plate, she always manages to make time for the people in her life, which I appreciate so much <3

@lensofbhumika, thank you for having me photograph this milestone for you and your family. I know you’re gonna go far 🎓⚖️🫶🏽 (you already have!)

Family & Grad Photos at Tufts University w/ Katherine

Being an immigrant myself, I know how important it is to honor your roots, so it means the world to me when my clients share their stories and I’m able to make their families feel comfortable and seen ❤️

Including family and friends in your grad session makes the experience even more special. This isn’t just a quick photoshoot — it’s an opportunity to honor the people who’ve made sacrifices and supported you along the way. I’m grateful I can document that kind of love and connection. This morning with Katherine’s family was a perfect example of that 🫶🏽

Grad Portraits at Northeastern University w/ Lilyana

Love how colorful these grad photos turned out! 🌈

Lilyana graduated from Northeastern’s Accelerated Nursing Program, and we had the chance to do this shoot right before campus got busy for commencement. A little less than a quarter of the graduates I work with every spring are from Northeastern, but it’s definitely one of my favorite campuses to work at! Especially this time of year :)

Congratulations, @lilyanaibanez, and best of luck with the next chapter!

Wonderful & Strange: A Tribute to David Lynch, Presented by Identical Cousins & The Crystal Ballroom at Somerville Theatre

If you didn’t already know, I immensely admire David Lynch and his art. His work found me when I was a junior in college — a time when my lifelong love for film began to blossom into something more meditative and devoted.

So, of course, it was very special to have the opportunity to not only photograph this night, but participate in the collective weirdness and love that so many of us share for Lynch, his influence, and the boundless worlds he brought to life.

Presented by Bridget Duggan and Emily Arkin of @identicalcousins, and the @crystalballroomsomerville/@somerville_theatre. Thank you x100 for all that you do! 💙

Rebecca Black Sells Out The Sinclair

Fourteen years after her viral music video “Friday” amassed millions of views on YouTube in just a matter of days, Rebecca Black is redefining her stardom with a hypnotic electro-pop sound while continuing to honor her origins of internet sensation.

As far as sold-out shows go at The Sinclair, this one was a sight to see. The 525-capacity venue was filled to the brim with longtime fans and new admirers alike, who clearly appreciate and celebrate Rebecca Black’s ever evolving artistry. The show opened with a 2021 anniversary remix of “Friday,” and accompanying text visuals on a large screen with the lyrics to the hit song. That glimmer of nostalgia quickly transitioned into pure exhilaration as Black and her dancers graced the stage for “Tears in My Pocket” — one of the top tracks off her 2025 album, SALVATION. The distorted electronic pop paired perfectly with the performance: dancers in bejeweled hats, oversized sunglasses, and a small headset microphone fit for a pop queen. “Twist the Knife” and “American Doll” were just as thrilling, visually and sonically, with high tempos and words of vengeance.
