I’m still kind of awestruck by the ease that came with working with these two. Krishna and I had been figuring out the proposal logistics for about a month, especially making sure we could find a quiet spot along the Esplanade for the big moment to finally unfold. The day itself happened to be one of the warmest and sunniest we’d had all month! The Esplanade was very busy, but that certainly didn’t take away from the moment 💍🤍

I’ve had the joy of documenting several proposals in the last few years, but my friends’ Cyrus & Cal’s might be my new favorite!

Cyrus chose Old Burial Hill in Marblehead to honor his and Cal’s archaeology backgrounds. This was also a first for me as I’d never done a cemetery shoot before! We got very lucky with the weather too, especially for the photos overlooking the harbor. Everything came together perfectly in the end 🥰

It’s always incredibly special when I have the opportunity to shoot at a location I haven’t been to since childhood. 

I remember frequently visiting the @harvardmuseum with my family, so it was a sweet surprise to reminisce — all while helping Amélie and Haniel celebrate their engagement with a little photo session 💐💕

May and early June were so hectic that I nearly forgot to share these photos!

Back in April, I met Seth & Nathaniel when they invited me to their home for their shoot. I don't do in-home sessions very often, but when I do, I love how personal and lived-in the photos feel. Seth & Nathaniel's shoot was no different ♡

Last month, I met the lovely Karina & Alex to do their engagement photos at Wellesley College!

Although it was raining throughout our shoot, you can hardly tell from the photos, and I’m so glad we planned this in time to see some trees in bloom 🌸
