Simone is a remarkable human being, and I feel lucky to have spent an afternoon with her and learn about her story.

While I always enjoy a balanced collaboration, I also love having the opportunity to move without a concrete plan. Our objective was really just to explore the campus and let ideas come to us as we worked, so thank you to Katie for being open to the creative flow 💫 (and for getting a little silly with me lol)

It’s always a special experience when I’m trusted to take another photographer’s portraits. Photographers carry their own instincts and preferences, and we spend so much time thinking about light, perspective, and storytelling. So when someone who understands the craft trusts me enough to take their photos, it’s a genuine privilege.

Some of the best photo sessions are those where there’s mutual encouragement to try something new. That’s exactly why I loved this one with Alex! 

This grad session with Ricardo was primarily shot on film, but I also took a few photos on digital for good measure! Here are my favorites 🎓

When Ricardo reached out to me about grad photos, I just knew that working with him would be so fun and creatively fulfilling! He wanted his photo session captured on a full roll of 35mm (as opposed to just the handful of frames I offer as an “add-on”). I was instantly on board, obviously 🫡
