On 35mm Film: Harvard Grad Portraits w/ Ricardo Razon IV

When Ricardo reached out to me about grad photos, I just knew that working with him would be so fun and creatively fulfilling!

He wanted his photo session captured on a full roll of 35mm (as opposed to just the handful of frames I offer as an “add-on”). I was instantly on board, obviously 🫡

Can’t wait to do more film-focused shoots this year! I’m learning to more thoughtfully compose and expose my shots with every new project I work on.

The refraction effect above was created in-camera! Using a triangular glass prism held up to a 40mm f/2.8 lens.
