I’m still kind of awestruck by the ease that came with working with these two. Krishna and I had been figuring out the proposal logistics for about a month, especially making sure we could find a quiet spot along the Esplanade for the big moment to finally unfold. The day itself happened to be one of the warmest and sunniest we’d had all month! The Esplanade was very busy, but that certainly didn’t take away from the moment 💍🤍

I’ve had the joy of documenting several proposals in the last few years, but my friends’ Cyrus & Cal’s might be my new favorite!

Cyrus chose Old Burial Hill in Marblehead to honor his and Cal’s archaeology backgrounds. This was also a first for me as I’d never done a cemetery shoot before! We got very lucky with the weather too, especially for the photos overlooking the harbor. Everything came together perfectly in the end 🥰
